I've never had a problem, reasonably priced. Always has taken away anything I have put outside. Last week I put out a toilet and cabinet and they took it. Always on time. See no reason to switch.

They do a good job. Our pickup day is Friday, and one week they didn't pick mine up. I called and they sent the truck by the next day to take care of it.

Offer recycling, lower price. Go above and beyond a little bit, will take extra things once a month.
